We had our CMP power cable rip off the side of our house during the last WET SNOWSTORM and CMP showed up 4 days after we lost power, understandable giving the number of outages! They fixed it but told us that the 100-amp cable, which was also was stripped from the Meter was our responsibility to get fixed. I immediately told my wife good luck finding an electrician after this stormed. She got online and found an electrician with impeccable references. I called and talked to a lady named Dannielle. She was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, she said she needed to talk to Travis and find out his availability. Dannielle called back within 10 minutes and said they could come in a couple of days. Aldrich Electrical came over and attached a brand new 100-amp cable. Travis, Dannielle and David not only were excellent at what they do but did it in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost!
